In the context of the EHAP consulting project, we are looking for project employees (m/f/d) on a fixed-term basis from to in Mayflower Village, CA.

Your tasks:

  • Improving the social inclusion of particularly disadvantaged EU migrants, with a focus on families, women, and their children
  • Outreach counseling for orientation and coaching of the mentioned target group
  • Establishing and maintaining a network (daycare centers, learning workshops, social work, migration counseling, municipal and private providers, etc.)
  • Collaboration with other project partners
  • Documentation of activities

Your profile:

  • Completed university degree in social pedagogy, educational sciences, or a similar field of study
  • Solid knowledge of coaching
  • Good understanding of the situation of migrants
  • Strong network in the city with counseling services
  • Intercultural competencies
  • Sense of responsibility and respectful interaction with families, children, and young people
  • High level of independence and good selforganization
