Responsibilities:

• Act as a professional contact person by independently processing customer inquiries according to administrative process guidelines
• Respond to customer inquiries via various channels (email, mail, phone, chat)
• Provide input for the development of processes
• Experience in agile structures and confident handling of various collaboration methods to promote team development
• Competent and friendly support of our customers
• Focus on salesoriented telephone calls to our products with new and existing customers
• Highquality appointment scheduling for consultation meetings in our nationwide branches
