Join our team as a CNC Mill Operator, specializing in Mori Seiki Mazak, and Haas mills with 3 and 5 axis capabilities.

We have openings on 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6:30am-3pm) and 2nd shift (Mon-Thur 3pm to 1:30am)


Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC vertical mills, primarily Mori Seiki and Haas machines, to produce precision components.

Programming Editing: read engineering drawings and edit programs for 3 and 5 axis milling operations.

Tooling Setup: Select, install, and adjust cutting tools, ensuring optimal machine performance and adherence to quality standards.

Quality Control: Conduct in-process inspections to verify the accuracy and quality of machined components.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC mills to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating CNC vertical mills, specifically Mori Seiki, Mazak, and Haas machines.
• Proficiency in 3 and 5 axis milling operations.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and material properties.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues during the machining process.

Requirements:

• Technical education or apprenticeship is a plus.
• 3 years of relevant experience in CNC milling operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
