- Identifying opportunities within the Shoreline Vinyl Systems delivery area with companies that sell fencing products in a specific market. Applicant would preferably reside in the territory.
- Grow the Shoreline Vinyl Systems market share in the Vinyl, Ornamental Aluminum/ Steel, Chain-link and Wood products.
- Assisting in establishing an annual goal and setting budgets/targets.
- Managing sales and customers, which includes developing market share and driving sales within the specific market.
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products.
- Contribute to the team to grow sales.
- Making presentations and being involved in customer tours.
- Keep current with all company administrative requirements (expense reports, visit reports, competitive analysis, and pre-call analysis).
- Dealing with customer issues by defusing and resolving them.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
- Meeting the sales budget while increasing market share in the fencing and railing industry.
- Find, open, and develop new accounts in the market while exploring new ways to expand the sales of the Shoreline Vinyl Systems offering. Interacting with customers daily.
- Building Products and Business knowledge
- Minimum 75% travel with some overnights
