We are looking for an energetic teaching assistant to join our team You will be assisting the lead teacher with planning and implementing both whole classroom and small group instruction.

With strong creative and organizational skills, you are able to connect with individual students and develop strong relationships with faculty to create an engaging learning environment.

• Follows comprehensive curriculum
• Reports to the lead teacher and will assist in establishing and maintaining a harmonious classroom

• Assist in establishing and maintaining Montessori classroom culture, paying particular attention to the needs of students
• Facilitate a respectful environment for children and adults

• Observes and keeps records of each student's individual progression
• Assist in careful monitor or classroom daily attendance

• Attend all staff meetings and trainings
• Participates in all school events and conferences
• Keeps student information confidential

• High school diploma or GED

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a state and federal background check
• A year of previous teaching assistant experience preferred
• Highenergy with a love of working with children
• Organized and detailoriented
