About us:
We offer psychosocial individual counseling for employees of the workshop.

This includes working together with group leaders and the accompanying service to develop assignments and activate the self-responsibility of workshop employees.

We also conduct individual and group sessions on topics such as psychoeducation, emotion regulation, self-reflection, and social skills training in coordination with the social service and group leaders.

We provide individual support for general health and health counseling, including psychiatric care, and offer crisis intervention and assistance in accompanying employees to medical facilities when needed.

We also work with support networks to promote mental and overall health and assess work suitability. Additionally, we provide occasional support in work groups and document our nursing and supportive measures.
