We are currently seeking a Head of Customer Success (m/f/d) to lead our entire customer service team at our Berlin location in a full-time, permanent position.

As Head of Customer Success, you will oversee our customer service processes and work with your team leaders to continuously improve the customer experience on all levels.

You see yourself as an initiator and implementer, both in expanding our digital processes and conducting quality checks, as well as in developing our employees.

You create positive experiences and exceed expectations, whether with our private customers, in the business-to-business sector, or in interactions with our 4,000 Fleurop specialist shops.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing the three customer service teams with a total of 25 employees in daily operations
  • Member of the management board
  • Contributing to the company
