The University of Applied Sciences Erfurt is currently seeking a project employee (f/m/d) for start-up support (75% part-time / fixed-term until ) to strengthen the team of the Vice President for Research and Transfer.

We are one of the leading teaching and research institutions in Thuringia.

The academic education of our approximately 4,100 students in the fields of human, nature, space, and technology is combined with practical, interdisciplinary applications.

In addition, our six faculties work on interdisciplinary issues with scientific and practical partners both nationally and internationally. The importance of university spin-offs in Thuringia is constantly increasing.

Therefore, we want to strengthen our start-up activities and improve our framework conditions for academic start-ups and spin-offs within the Thuringian University Start-up Network (StarTH).

The focus of the position is on coordinating start-up support at the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt. What tasks await you? Conducting a survey on previous and current start-up activities at the university as well as current and future start-up interests and opportunities Documentation of the surveys and establishment/update of a corresponding database Coordination of start-up activities, in particular their administration, budget management, (further) development, and sustainability Providing information and advice to university members in the field of start-ups and business succession Selection and supervision of fellows Planning, preparation, and implementation of workshops, lectures, project weeks, and excursions in the field of start-ups and entrepreneurship, taking into account gender aspects Establishing
