Job DescriptionAssociate Attorney
Schaumburg, IL
Mid-size firm in Schaumburg seeks an Associate Attorney that has a minimum of five years of Family Law experience.
Responsibilities include management of a full caseload from consultation to prove-up.
Candidate must be able to confidently convey option and direction to clients, draft comprehensive pleadings, and settlement agreements, prepare understandable communications, and advocate for clients at court proceedings/hearings/trials.
Ideal candidate will have significant prior experience in caseload self-management with minimal oversight, ability to identify optimal case resolutions specific to a client's circumstances and have the ability to reach case resolutions in a timely manner.
This position is on-site, and the hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Employer contributes to 50% of health insurance premium, 401(k) enrollment and matching eligibility after one year or employment.
