Your field of activity As a real estate accountant, you will independently manage your own property portfolio. This includes preparing quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as billing for heating and operating costs. In collaboration with the responsible contact person in property management, you will prepare STWEG statements and conduct audits. You will also handle accounts payable and receivable and provide advice on accounting matters to internal and external stakeholders.

At the same time, our company is moving towards digitalization and we expect you to actively contribute to future work processes.

Requirements:

Commercial apprenticeship; further education in finance/real estate is an advantage
Several years of experience in accounting/real estate
Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally with experience in [specific software/program].
