Role:
Lab Tech Sr. - 3rd Shift


Location:
Santa Rosa, CA

Duration: 3 Months

Shift Timings: 4 pm to 12:30 am


Job Description:

Performs the same tasks as the Lab Tech Sr. on 3rd shift.


Note:


  • Confirmations Tech
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field required.
  • Previously lab experience preferred.

What You'll Work On

  • Read, understand, and follow written Standard Operating Procedures
  • Correctly identify analyzed samples and verify the accuracy of sequence for each batch
  • Process acquired instrument data and generate appropriate reports
  • Conduct the first review of GC/MS and/or LC/MS/MS analytical data by each assay SOP
  • Transcribe or upload results to the LIS for final review and certification
  • Maintain proper and adequate Chain of Custody batch documentation
  • Communication with supervisors and prompt escalation of emerging challenges
  • Maintain and promote a safe healthful environment for self and coworkers Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, or a related field
  • At least one year of experience working in an analytical lab.
  • The ability to work safely with biological specimens, chemicals, equipment, and instruments.

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
