Responsibilities:

Work with all members of the marketing team to support incoming requests
Lead the operation and maintenance of digital print press and other print production equipment
Print, assemble and ship marketing orders with consistent accuracy according to established guidelines
Maintain proper stock levels for all print materials and promotional items
Provide tradeshow support including coordinating marketing materials, signage, giveaways and more
Assist the graphic designer in updating forms and other materials
Schedule social media posts according to the content calendar created by the marketing specialist and monitor follower engagement
Update website content management systems with revised documents, blogs, events and news articles
Update digital signage throughout the building using cloud-based software
Organize, create and send company-wide communications and announcements as requested
Assist in logĂ­stical execution of Fort Wayne events, including basic audio-visual support
Post-production video editing and distribution of simple internal and/or external videos
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
Coordinate and manage community events, which includes contracts, payments and scheduling rooms
Manage and execute multi-week employee engagement initiatives
Create monthly Ash Flash employee newsletter in SharePoint including writing articles, gathering articles and information from other employees
Perform other duties as required

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design or communications, and 1 year of experience
Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop, and Microsoft Office programs
Prior experience with print fulfillment is strongly preferred
Prior experience with content management software is a plus
Prior experience managing or executing social media activity for an organization
Prior experience with project management software, such as Wrike, Teamwork or Basecamp, is a plus
