- Ensure care programs are designed, implemented, and operated within defined parameters.
- Supervise a team of youth care workers, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure well-being and safety of the youth under care.
- Involved in program development, staff training, and coordinating activities for youth development.
- Starting Salary Range: $47,000.00

- Maintain supervision documentation for staff.
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure shelter care and supervision of minors is in line with policies.
- Support Site Lead through supervision and feedback.
- Communicate effectively with shelter departments and support staff.
- Assist in children's transition between activities and locations.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and training programs.
- Coordinate community meetings and maintain positive group culture.
- Provide coverage for staff and offer ongoing feedback.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of supervision experience.
- Knowledge of childhood development.
- Fluency in Spanish & English.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to establish collaborative relationships.
- Proficiency in utilizing data systems and MS Office.
- Strong organization, planning, and communication skills.
