    Senior Account Manager, IT Staffing – Hybrid

    3-15 years IT staffing sales or account management required

    Location:
    Hybrid role with two days a week in their Malvern, PA office.

    What You'll Do


    Manage and expand relationships with existing clients that have agreements in place but need to be developed from the ground up.

    Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to capitalize on new client prospects.
    Collaborate with an experienced recruiting team to ensure successful fulfillment of staffing needs.
    Leverage personal and company networks to establish connections with C-level executives.
    Attend regular stand-up meetings, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive approach.

    What You Need

    3-15 years of successful business development experience within the IT staffing industry.
    Strong understanding of the Information Technology industry, with a focus on contract business.
    Proven track record of growing key accounts from the ground up.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
    Previous experience in a consulting sales approach is highly advantageous.
    Tech sales experience, especially in App Development, is a significant plus.
