We partner with top architects, developers, and public/private owners to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring client satisfaction through expertise and innovation. Our specialization includes MEP engineering, fire safety, technology, commissioning, and energy services. With our headquarters in Washington DC and multiple offices across North America, we offer a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 11 years of experience in commercial/institutional building projects.
- Over 10 years of HVAC system design experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- EIT or PE license preferred.
- Knowledge of national building codes.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Initiative and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
