Responsibilities:


  • Data entry & Documentation
  • Scheduling of caregivers and RNs makes all arrangements, including providing directions to care recipient's homes/facilities
  • Fills all openings/unfilled shifts and provides backup coverage
  • Home care administrative paperwork completion
  • Monitors caregivers and RNs in the field
  • Customer service
  • Maintains timesheets, employee files, and various reports
  • Assumes full responsibility of the company oncall pager on a rotated schedule
  • Followup on home care referrals

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Scheduler:


  • Industry-Specific Knowledge:Working in a Home Health Care Agency, basic knowledge is a requirement

Clear and effective communication: Essential for coordinating with various departments, personnel, and clients

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures:


  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work:


  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills:


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task:
