Are you interested in shaping the future with us? Come and get to know us The Stadtwerke Flensburg is planning to decarbonize its district heating supply by 2035 and expand its portfolio of renewable energy sources.

To supply the large heat pump systems that will be installed as part of the decarbonization of district heating production and to supply their sales portfolio with renewable electricity, the Stadtwerke Flensburg will build a sustainable portfolio of self-generated renewable electricity.

The quantities from this portfolio will then be made available for both district heating production and sales.

In addition to concluding direct marketing contracts and PPAs, the Stadtwerke Flensburg will also play a key role in the use of its own renewable energy generation facilities.

A new business unit "Renewable Energy Generation" will be established for all activities related to its own facilities. Are you excited about the opportunity to build a new business field from scratch? Then come on board

Your tasks will include:

Developing own projects for the construction and operation of PV and wind power plants
Establishing partnerships with project developers
Acquisition of planned or already constructed projects
Developing a detailed concept for building the portfolio, including corresponding business cases
Preparing the necessary committee resolutions for implementing the concept
Establishing the abovementioned business unit and leading the team
Leading or participating in the project planning of renewable energy projects
Creating profitability
