Job DescriptionROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Deliberate with management, operations, and sales staff on requirements and
procedures for a project
· Organize and manage projects, designs, and operations and engineering
teams, making detailed plans that work towards the fulfillment of a set objective
· Examine technology and tools for inclusion into the organization's solution
offerings and internal use
· Assemble, maintain and improve the operations and engineering division's
processes, templates and deliverables
· Direct, evaluate, and confirm solution designs and changes
· Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employees within the operations and
engineering department
· Supervise the development of staff abilities and suitability in the organization
· Develop designs, estimates, SOW's, proposals, schedules and other
documents and deliverables
· Set technical and performance goals in the confines of the organization with the
aid of management
· Assemble status and other reports and results for management and clients
· Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the operations
and engineering and technical work performed in the organization
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge/Education
· Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in project management within the
construction industry
· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Possess sound logic, reasoning, and decision-making skills
Job Experience
· 5+ years of operations and engineering / design experience
· Experience in corporate environment highly desired
Skills/Competencies
· Ability to use independent judgment in ensuring smooth operations of
organization
· Multi-tasking skills critical
· Proficient skills with MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD and survey and estimation
tools required
· Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate deliverables and high levels of
quality
· Must be flexible, team oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently
· Must be well organized, and possess good customer service skills
· Able to perform new tasks without detailed guidance
