a completed degree as a Diplom-Ingenieur*in (FH) or Bachelor in Civil Engineering
a completed degree as a Diplom-Ingenieur*in (FH) or Bachelor in Building Construction or Architecture
qualification for the third qualification level of the specialist career in Natural Sciences and Technology, with a focus on building and environmental administrative services
a completed comparable engineering degree (FH or Bachelor)
a completed university degree (Univ. or Master) in the above-mentioned fields of study
