ABOUT US:


Duties:


  • Experience in troubleshooting (i.e., resolving problems with software, hardware, configurations, etc.).
  • Experience with one or more IS technologies listed.
  • Mobile device support for client.
  • Assist in maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity, and preforming regular backups.
  • Document procedures and create user guides as needed.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree on Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Place of Performance:

Remote and periodically On-site ( six days per month) in Washington, DC
