Bonner Carrington Property Management is a forward thinking full-service property management company with the best leaders in the industry.

The Assistant Community Manager will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations at one of our apartment communities.

They are responsible for effectively computing, classifying and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete while assisting with the leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the community.


Responsibilities:


  • Performs marketing and leasing functions to maintain budgeted or greater occupancy for the property
  • Implements effective resident retention programs, such as movein and service follow up
  • Maintains good resident relations and the ability to respond to resident concerns to avoid escalation of the problem
  • Collect rents and make daily deposits and reconciliations monthly
  • Enforce rent collection policy
  • Responsible for processing invoices
  • Monitor renewals. Distribute and followup on renewal notices.
  • Prepare paperwork for moveins in a timely manner and in accordance with the properties housing regulations and Bonner Carrington's policies
  • Produce monthly reports for Property Manager
  • Related multifamily property management experience
  • Experience with RealPage software a plus
  • Strong leadership and management skills are essential
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • A current, valid Driver License is required
  • Attend and participate in all company related training programs as required to maintain personal and professional skill level
  • Requires the use of a personal automobile to attend company/industry related meetings and to conduct property banking and other errands
Qualifications (required)

  • Tax Credit experience
  • Minimum 1 year residential leasing and property management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver License and current auto insurance
  • Acquire and maintain all certifications, designations and other related professional education programs as designated for the position
