Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conveys scripted salutations and messaging for every patron upon arrival and departure.
- Ensures a warm friendly welcome to all individuals entering the facility (i.e. patients, visitors, vendors, delivery personnel, staff, etc.).
- Performs visitation screening and visitor badging as required and provided by the facility.
- Utilizes proper safe patient handling techniques.
- Escorts guests throughout the facility, opens doors, offers wheelchair assistance, guidance, and carries packages and luggage.
- Responds to guest inquiries and concerns promptly with courtesy. Give directions and answers general information questions about the facility and campus.
- Knowledge of the facility procedures and guestrelated information including, facility general information, general event information, taxi/transportation assistance, and airport information and emergency codes.
- Responds to safety hazards according to facility procedures to include water on floor, objects inadvertently blocking doors, electrical cords removed or taped, and misplaced furniture.
- Immediately report any accidents to manager on duty.
- Maintains safe, clean and neat work environment by following standards and procedures.
- Maintains strict confidentiality related to work information (in accordance with HIPAA).
- Performs other duties as assigned. Examples include, but are not limited to, flower deliveries, food deliveries (Door Dash, etc.), floor errands, making beds and pulling linen.
Qualification and Requirements:
- High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to legally work in the United States.
- Must pass background and drug screenings.
- Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Required to meet immunization or health screening requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, talk, see, and hear.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to push and pull (on wheelchair) 100 to 350 pounds, frequently over considerable distance.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours is sometimes required.
