Your tasks

  • Responsible management of medium or large CAFM projects, also with regard to the commercial aspects of a project
  • Primary contact person during project implementation
  • Process definition with the customer
  • Management of the involved technical project managers

Your profile

  • Professional or university education (e.g. with a focus on facility management or medical technology, engineering, computer science, etc.) or a qualified training as a real estate specialist or real estate clerk
  • Experience in software project management - preferably with CAFM software and a great passion for IT
  • Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with your conversation partners
  • Self-motivation, results and completion orientation, as well as perseverance, are your strengths
  • You have excellent German language skills and preferably also speak English well
  • You have secure MS Office knowledge
