  • You'll provide expert advice to our customers regarding our product range, develop product solutions, and offer alternatives while considering legal requirements, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • You'll create and calculate quotes and negotiate terms with our customers, taking into account pricing guidelines. You'll also check for accuracy, such as delivery dates, prices, and availability.
  • You'll handle orders and inquiries from our customers in a professional manner, both over the phone and through our ordering platform. You'll actively support our customers by recommending alternative and additional products.
  • You'll regularly exchange information about customer developments and other customer-related information with your colleagues in the internal and external sales teams, and conduct tandem visits with the external sales team.
