At the newly developed residential park Hohenlohe in Berlin-Spandau, the latest care facility of the Deutsche Seniorenstift Gesellschaft was opened in August the Seniorenzentrum Hohenlohe.
It is a full-service nursing home for residents with a care level. The modern nursing home can accommodate a total of 90 residents. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL (M/F/D)IN THE HEALTHCARE SECTOR YOUR TASKS:
Your responsibilities include * Nursing diagnostics * Care planning * Implementation of nursing measures * Administration of medication * Nursing documentation * Action plan/daily structure
YOUR PROFILE:
To work as a healthcare professional, you need a state-recognized degree as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, or health and child nurse.
A positive attitude towards elderly and care-dependent people is essential.
