Snapshot of Your Day
As a student (not yet graduated), you will work within a dynamic team on diverse HR-related tasks.

You will primarily support the German HR organization of Siemens Energy with cross-functional topics and projects, particularly in the development of knowledge platforms and the expansion of internal HR intranet pages.

You will have the opportunity to utilize your IT skills and gain knowledge in exciting HR topics.

Your daily work will involve close collaboration with various colleagues in our HR organization - HR business partners, project managers, and specialists.

How You Can Make a Difference

Contribute to the topic of knowledge management, knowledge databases, and take on independent responsibility in this project
Implement a concept for a knowledge database in SharePoint
Manage technical and contentrelated development and maintenance of SharePoint
Support HR reporting and data analysis
Participate in the development of HR concepts and workshops
Assist with training and leadership development by creating and maintaining documentation and training materials

What You Bring

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field
Previous experience in an HR environment (desirable)
IT affinity and excellent MS Office skills (SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong initiative with analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
Creativity and enjoyment in developing new solutions
Openmindedness, teamwork, motivation, and enthusiasm
