In addition to environmentally sustainable papers, we also offer our customers a wide range of products such as lighters, grinders, odor-neutral bags, and other accessories.

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) for our national sales team. Our sales team is the face of our company to our customers.

As a Sales Support Specialist at PURIZE Filters, your responsibilities will include:

Taking on responsibility for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and providing information about our products and services
  • Creating quotes and price offers for customers based on their requirements and current pricing structures
  • Assisting sales managers in preparing sales materials, quotes, and presentations for customer visits or sales meetings
  • Handling a variety of tasks:
  • Processing customer orders, checking inventory levels, and creating order confirmations
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth order processing
  • Maintaining customer databases and our CRM systems
  • Updating customer information and tracking sales activities
  • Providing professional service:
  • Handling customer complaints and working closely with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring close collaboration with product management, marketing, logistics, and finance departments to guarantee effective coordination and cooperation Must-haves:
