Matrix providers conduct comprehensive health assessments, gaining valuable insights into members' overall health during visits that can last up to an hour. This approach enhances the quality of care and enables the closure of multiple care gaps in a single visit.

Type: PRN/Part Time - Flexible-Nurse Practitioner
PAY: $90.00 or $95.00 per completed Assessment
Location: Youngstown, Ohio
Hours: Flexible scheduling including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
Benefits: Non-benefited position, except for 401(k) and limited voluntary benefits. Mileage reimbursement available.
