Essential Responsibilities

Oversee/prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Provide timely, accurate, and complete financial information to external auditors and tax preparers.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information.
Strong work ethic with the ability to lead teams and accomplish goals.
Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting operations including: billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, inventory/cost Accounting, bank reconciliations, revenue recognition, and tax filings.
Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial, accounting and general business policies, procedures and controls to safeguard company assets, ensure complete, accurate and time reporting and maximize shareholder wealth.
Review and provide final approval of employee expense reports and credit card expense statements.
Develop annual budgets and monthly rolling financial forecasts, while monitoring budget versus actual performance. Challenge assumptions within that reporting and optimize potential opportunities.
Act as a strategic owner and problem solver of the business including helping drive necessary changes in both personnel expansion and technology adoptions.
Evaluate and implement ERP system to improve labor tracking, contract profitability and inventory management.
Data entry on a daily basis.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of Accounting and Finance leadership experience.
Computer literacy and proficiency with skills in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and payroll software.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with JobBOSS a plus.
