Description

The position is full-time and classified as EG 11 TVÖD or A 12 BAYBESG in the staff plan.

The main responsibilities include:
The role requires close collaboration with the department head, department and facility managers, as well as the head of department and other departments

Key tasks include:

Supporting and collaborating with the department head in all relevant areas of responsibility for the department
Participation in personnel planning, recruitment and development
Participation in budget planning and management
Quality development and controlling
Preparation of professional proposals for departmental decisions.
