Description:The Central Administration is part of the department's management. It performs central control and monitoring functions for the entire department.

The Department of Continuing Education and Culture includes five departments:

libraries, music school, adult education center, art and culture, and museum and history, with a total of 15 municipal cultural and educational institutions.
