Entry-Level Sales Trainee Duties:

• Educate consumers on the positive effects of making the switch to solar energy, including; energy cost savings, clean energy, and worthwhile investment to increase home value
• Become a solar master, staying uptodate on all relevant market trends by attending meetings and conducting extensive research
• Represent our clients professionally and proudly to increase customer base and improve sales profit margins
• Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and foster relationships for years to come
• Document and record confidential client information accurately and efficiently
• Adequate present information to customers oneonone or in small groups
• Active listening to all customer concerns and objections to better understand their needs and educate them on how our services can be tailored to their individual needs

Entry-Level Sales Trainee Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
• No prior experience is required, but past customer service, sales consulting, account management, or relevant sales experience, especially in the solar industry, is a major plus
• Highly responsible, selfreliant, and professional
• Charismatic, friendly, and inviting demeanor
• Ability to work effectively, patiently, and pleasantly with other team members, customers, and management
• Humble and passionate about helping others and making an impact on the environment
