Overview:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Game Master.

As a Game Master, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through immersive gameplay and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate game sessions and provide guidance to players
• Set up and reset game rooms to ensure a seamless experience for each group
• Monitor gameplay to ensure fair play and adherence to rules
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed
• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for players of all ages
• Handle transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rooms and common areas
• Maintain the Game puzzles and facility to the companies standards.
• Upsell merchandise and additional games for a generous monthly bonus.

Skills:

• Experience working with a variety of people or in an entertainmentfocused role
• Strong conflict management skills to handle any issues that may arise during gameplay
• Events management experience to assist with organizing special events and parties
• Excellent public speaking skills to engage players and provide clear instructions
• Guest services experience in a hospitality or customer service setting
• Theater background or acting skills to enhance the immersive experience for players
• Computer, or IT experience,
• Handy man or electrical experience
• Must be self motivated, with reliable transportation.
