The eCommerce Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional support to the BDD / eCommerce Channel Controller (EU) in the rapidly growing online sector of the business.

This position is responsible for various important tasks across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Primary Duties:

  • Administration of all Gorilla & O'Keeffe's Amazon activity (DE à EU)
  • Troubleshooting all areas of Amazon catalogue
  • Resolving Purchase Order issues
  • Completing New Line Forms
  • Setting up promotions
  • Problem solving for all account areas
  • Full responsibility for both brands' catalogues
  • Implementing content
  • Analyzing and reporting on sales out
  • Taking complete ownership of fines and chargebacks
  • Collaborating with Marketing on content briefs
  • Managing relationships with Marketing
  • Administering groundup projects online extension / B&M Development

Qualifications Required:

  • Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (not required)
  • Previous experience in commercial eCommerce preferred
  • Specific Skills:
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a highperforming team
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Fluency in Dutch, English, and German
