We are an expanding, owner-managed medium-sized company with nearly 300 employees.

Located in the heart of Wipperfürth, approximately 40 kilometers northeast of Cologne, we design and build packaging machines for flexible bag packaging.

We have established ourselves as the world leader in the segment of horizontally operating rotary machines for the production of flexible bag packaging.

To further expand our team, we are currently seeking a:

Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

Together with our customer representatives, the specialist (m/f/d) forms a team to handle customer inquiries and orders in the service department in a professional and successful manner.

You will work closely with the company's design department as part of the customer representative (m/f/d) and specialist (m/f/d) team.

Your responsibilities:

Providing technical support to customer representatives
Developing solutions for tasks, potentially in collaboration with other departments
Calculating prices for proposed components

Your profile:

Completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or further education as a technician (m/f/d)
Solid technical understanding
Good written and spoken English skills
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
