Role Responsibilities:

Comfortable working as a Project Architect
Initiates, coordinates, and manages the documentation process in Revit &/or CAD for K14 projects
Ensures the technical integrity of documents using knowledge of applicable codes and standards
Perform analytical tasks
Initiates and manages documentation standards
Collaborates with the design team to develop constructible solutions
Collaborates and coordinates multiple consultants to ensure design and documentation meet project expectations

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture
10+ years of Architecture Experience
5+ years' experience as a Project Architect for K14 education work
Experience on agency reviews such as DSA, local jurisdictions, etc.
Advanced proficiency in REVIT, Enscape
Licensed Architect preferred
LEED accreditation preferred
Strong verbal and written communication
Organized, detailoriented and selfstarter

The salary range for this position is $ 95, 000 - $115, 000 year.
