- As an Experiences Training Coordinator, you're at the heart of the team's training operations and activation.
- You'll lead end to end processes and logistics for our live programs, including managing the technology, enrollment and user feedback processes.
Skill/Experience/Education
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 35 years of training coordination or event management experience (producing or planning events).
- Outstanding attention to detail and operational rigor to drive process
- Ability to own multiple projects or programs from end to end
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
- Highly organized and detailedoriented
- Excellent communication skills
- A resourceful problem solver with little to no oversight needed
- Excellent knowledge of Google Apps (esp. Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs)
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; interest and experience in using technology and learning management systems to improve work efficiency
Preferred Experience:
- (Having as many of these is a plus, but transferable skills / experiences may be equally valuable)
Experience with a learning management system.
- Ability to assess problems and implement solutions independently.
- Highly motivated professional with demonstrated coordination, organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Administration/Logistics management:
- Setting up training sessions in our learning management system and managing enrollments end to end on a daily basis.
- Producing live workshop sessions supporting our facilitators in the moment by creating breakout rooms, marking attendance, fixing tech issues, messaging with our learners in the background, supporting the general flow of the session.
- Coordinates and manages multiple cohorts simultaneously to ensure a continuous, consistent and uninterrupted learning experience
- Supporting program managers on planning for and executing inperson sessions where applicable. This will include, for example, ordering and printing materials, setting up meeting rooms, organizing catering and offsite activities.
- Writing and sending via comms system monthly newsletters to facilitators.
- Support in recruiting, upskilling and retaining the facilitator community by partnering with the teams in need and creating specific comms.
- Assigning facilitators to their programs, scheduling their sessions and sending rosters.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise, and utilize a bug ticket system
Reporting
- Pull data to support capacity and activation planning
- Track training goal completion and gather useful insights to drive engagement
- Use analytical skills to conduct postevent reporting and ROI analysis to measure program effectiveness.
- Uncover fresh audience insights and define creative and strategic approaches to solving our biggest event challenges
- Share survey insights with external partners or faculty where needed
