Employee and Customer Advisor Medical (m/f/d) for our nationwide Dispo Center

Your area of responsibility includes

  • being the anchor for our employees by providing them with respectful support and guidance
  • as a talent scout, you are responsible for recruiting specialized personnel and conducting inspiring interviews and employee discussions
  • independently managing our employees, especially those working in regional areas, and ensuring a harmonious collaboration
  • maintaining the rules and regulations in the personnel department with a magical mix of law and collective bargaining agreements
  • your consulting skills and ability to build long-term and trusting customer relationships are the key to success
  • as a sales master, you acquire new customers over the phone without ever going door-to-door

Your profile

  • you have completed training as a personnel service specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • you have completed commercial training or have relevant sales experience with a desire for a new professional orientation
