Description

The Diakonie Altholstein GmbH is currently seeking a support staff (m/f/d) for vocational training measures at the Neumünster correctional facility, starting as soon as possible.

The position is initially limited. An extension is desired.

Your tasks will include:

Implementation of support and substitute activities in the practical area of vocational training measures in construction/masonry, wood/drywall, painting/decorating, building cleaning, vocational initial analysis/IT, and work therapy measures/work training

Implementation of remedial teaching in subjects such as mathematics, German, social and economic studies, and politics as a supplement to regular vocational school lessons

Strong professional and didactic competence

Cooperative collaboration with various stakeholders involved in the measures, both from the organization and the correctional facility

Active participation in meetings

Implementation of documentation according to the quality standards of the organization

Evaluation and statistical collection of measure-related key figures

Promotion of the vocational training measure within the correctional facility

Participation in the further development and implementation of the vocational training measure in consultation with the project management and organization management
