Good morning. We have a broken top hinge on a door that leads to the garden. The door is otherwise functioning well, but it is now hanging crooked. We believe it can be repaired. Attached are photos.
Additionally, we have two other wooden doors that just need to be sanded down a bit, as they have slightly opened and are rubbing against the floor or door frame.
