- Job Summary The Manager of Analytics will lead a team to support CMG Administration and service line directors with all aspects of the patient accounting receivables for Cox Medical Group. Verify, identify and trouble-shoot inefficiencies and issues, research make recommendations for improvement, and assist implementation of changes. This position will manage the Quadax EDI analyst to ensure the daily files for both hospital and physician claims are submitted daily. Resolving issues preventing the daily file submission to payers.
- Job Requirements Education Required: Bachelor Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, Finance, or Related Field or 8 years of experience in Healthcare. Experience Required: 1-2 years' experience in healthcare reimbursement, billing and collections and/or accounts receivable. Skills Strong analytical/problem solving skills. Detailed analytical skills with the ability to evaluate, trend and analyze data using common analytics tools. Proficient in all Microsoft programs; high level proficiency in Excel. Ability to work collaboratively with leaders and stakeholders across multiple divisions and influence strategy and direction. Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills. Highly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to compose concise, visually appealing presentations. Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment. Highly productive in a self-directed manner with ability to coordinate projects, prioritize tasks, track status efficiently, and demonstrate defensible judgement in making independent decisions.
