AV Service Technician/Installer
As a Service Technician/Installer, you will be responsible for taking care of our customer service efforts.

You will focus on the client's experience after project completion and manage service calls including the maintenance of audio video systems, managed services, and subscription services.

Reporting to our Director of Operations, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Resolving and managing service calls
• Troubleshooting complex audio, video, lighting, and control system problems
• Traveling to the client to resolve escalated issues when a remote session is not sufficient
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Installation & termination of speakers and controls, TV, phone, and data jacks, headend structured wiring components.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience with the configuration and installation of A/V (Audio Visual) systems
• Strong IT skills, particularly as it pertains to AV system implementation.

Qualifications:

• Industry understanding of following systems: Crestron, Control4, Vantage, Lutron, Bang & Olufsen

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (preferred)
