Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Worker to join our team.
As a Yard Worker, you will be responsible for various duties related to the maintenance and organization of our yard, warehouse, and deliverier.
Duties:
- Assist customers in the yard in locating lumber or other materials in the yard, help load.
- Pick, pack, and pull lumber orders
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or by hand
- Maintain a clean and organized yard and warehouse area
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
- Perform general maintenance tasks on equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations
Skills:
- Experience operating forklifts
- Experiance with lumber (identification)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly yard and warehouse
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Deliver Materials to job sites using a pickup, box, or flatbed truck.

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
