Recently, I have been feeling overwhelmed and confused. I believe I know the source of these feelings and have some measures I could take, but I tend to feel overwhelmed and overly conscientious about my thoughts. If I am honest, I also have some fear that seeing a psychologist with whom I do not connect or who is not very good could have a negative influence on me.
