    Charles Schwab Investment Management (CSIM) serves as the asset management division of the Charles Schwab Corporation, overseeing more than $320 billion in mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs. The range of products managed includes an extensive selection of active and indexed equity, fixed income, and asset allocation strategies, along with money market funds. CSIM adopts a consistent and structured investment approach across all products and is dedicated to creating cutting-edge solutions to fulfill the fundamental investing requirements of our clients.

    The Specialist in Client Service will play a crucial role within the Client Services team, contributing to document handling and distribution. Through expertise, investment acumen, and professional growth, the team is devoted to delivering an exceptional advisory experience to our clients.

    • Support Client Service Managers (CSMs) and Client Services Associates (CSAs) across a wide array of tasks
    • Aid in the opening and closing of client accounts
    • Maintain precise client records
    • Prepare client documents for approval
    • Contribute to quarter-end reporting
    • Assist in sending out distributions to clients
    • Serve as a point of contact with operations to ensure efficient information dissemination
    • Engage in various departmental initiatives within Client Services
    • Help generate reports as requested by other CSIM departments and clients
    • Execute database updates as needed
    • Participate in collaborative efforts to improve workflows and procedures

    What You Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
    • Demonstrated success in a team-oriented setting within any client service field to achieve administrative and client service objectives
    • Application of analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to adhere to policies, procedures, and standards
    • Proven capacity to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
    • Demonstrated history of quickly grasping new tools and processes
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
