    Description

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Contributing to all phases of PCB design from concept to layout to test
    • Conducting electronics failure analysis and implementing mitigation strategies
    • Utilizing ECAD and simulation tools (Altium, LTSpice) for design and development tasks and conducting electronics packaging with 3D modeling/CAD
    • Working with technicians to provide electronic assembly and test assistance

    Why You'll Be Successful

    • PCB design experience (requirements capture, layout, testing)
    • BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering (or comparable)
    • Experience with drones/UAS, RC, or robotics systems a bonus
    • Self-starter with effective problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
    • Adaptability in a high-tempo and rapidly shifting environment
    • Experience with RF Systems and MIL-STD-461 a big plus
