We are currently seeking a Store Manager (gn) for a dynamic and growing fast-fashion brand in the jewelry sector for our small store in the city center of Mainz.

Your responsibilities as Store Manager (gn)

As Store Manager (gn), you will lead and manage your store with full business responsibility
You will lead and motivate your team to achieve budget and target goals and ensure compliance with company standards
You will position the brand in the attractive and high-turnover market in Mainz
You will be responsible for communication with the company headquarters and regional retail management

Your profile as Store Manager (gn)

You have previous experience in managing a multicultural team in retail
You have a strong interest in the accessories product segment and are familiar with the latest trends
You are familiar with common retail KPIs
You have fluent German and English skills, additional language skills are welcome
