Job summary
The Purchasing Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring that contracts are managed effectively throughout the lifecycle of the project.The individual will be responsible for facilitating communication between all stakeholders in the creation and execution of subcontracts.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of construction contracts,
excellent organizational skills,
a proactive approach to problem-solving,
- Drafting construction contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records.
- Identifying potential risks related to contract execution.
- Ensuring required insurance, bonding, and legal requirements are in place before contract execution.
- Serving as primary point of contact between company clients subcontractors suppliers regarding contractual matters.
