    Description

    Job Opening: Project Manager/Scrum Master



    Location: Minneapolis (Onsite presence needed 3 days/week)

    Contract Duration: until December 31, 2024

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure project delivery within set timelines and budget
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedule deliverables, and monitor progress
    • Support Agile projects through Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, and more
    • Establish effective communication plans for internal and external stakeholders
    • Collaborate with functional managers to allocate resources appropriately
    • Supervise and guide project team members
    • Manage project milestones, critical path, and resource allocation
    • Oversee projects from initiation to closure
    • Address and resolve project issues and risks
    • Maintain project documentation and budget
    • Liaise with project stakeholders to manage expectations
    • Ensure compliance with project management standards

    Requirements:
    • Previous experience in managing Agile Scrum Teams
    • Strong communication and influencing skills
    • Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and tools
    • Understanding of SDLC
    • Familiarity with industry products, functions, and service policies
    • Skillful in Microsoft Project Server usage
    • Knowledge of risk management techniques
    • Exceptional organizational and relationship management skills
    • Familiarity with Scrum tools like Jira and Polarian
    • Experience working closely with business teams
    • Exposure to change management practices
    • Bonus: Background in Financial and Insurance Product Industry

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) mandatory
    • PMP certification or similar project management training required
    • Minimum of three years in project management roles
