The Matagorda County Hospital District (MCHD) was established in 1965 by an act of the Texas Legislature to serve the health care needs of Matagorda County residents.

A seven-member Board of Managers is appointed by the Commissioners' Court to govern the management of the facility and to guide major health-related initiatives.

Matagorda Regional Medical Center is a licensed 58-bed hospital and a Level IV trauma Center. The facility was built in 2009 and has state of the art surgical suites and Women's Center.


Bay City is a few minutes from Matagorda Bay with its beautiful beaches and outdoor activities such as fishing, golf, water sports and many other activities.

Pay:
From $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
